Your booking is subject to Cubaism Ltd terms and conditions which are stated below:

 

1. Introduction

 
 

We are Cubaism Ltd, a limited company registered in England and Wales number 4865245. Our registered office and trading address is Unit 30, DRCA Business Centre, Charlotte Despard Avenue, Battersea Park, London SW11 5HD, United Kingdom of Great Britain, (see map at http://www.cubaism.com/where-we-are). Sales and customer service staff can be telephoned on +44 (0)20 7498 8555 and faxed on +44 (0)20 7498 8333.

 

2. Limitations

 
 

These terms and conditions are limited to and only apply to the products and services on “havanaflights.com” and “cubaero.com”, and do not apply to other products purchased from Cubaism ltd.

 

3. Booking

 
  Bookings must be made online at www.cubaero.com or by emailing sales@cubaism.uk. Flights can be requested over the telephone however a follow up email confirming passenger passport numbers as well as their details as they appear on their passports is required. Cubaism Ltd is unable to hold seats without payment.
 

4. Cancelations and changes by you

 
  Economy class tickets are non-changeable, non refundable and non-transferable. Name changes are strictly not allowed and will be treated as cancelation. Flight Cancelation will be charged 100%. Cancellations are required in writing, either by post, fax or email.
 

5. General Conditions

 
 

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure itineraries are correct. We do not own our operate airlines and cannot control schedules. Cubaism Ltd therefore reserves the right to change the description of any flight in which case you will be advised. We will notify all changes before departure if it is practical to do so. No compensation is payable by Cubaism Ltd in such cases. Should a schedule change occur to your itinerary after full balance/ticket issue the airlines decision would be final.

 

6. Cancellation or changes by us

 
 

We aim not to make any changes or cancelation. In the unlikely event that a booking has to be cancelled a full and prompt refund will be made of all costs less any insurance premiums and amendment fees. No compensation is payable.

 

7. Price and Payment

 
 

Price Guarantee: Once you have paid and received our confirmation invoice, your reservations will not be subject to any surcharge. However, we reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Unless otherwise specified, the prices quoted include taxes if applicable.

Payment must be made as specified on this website. This may be in advance in full or with a deposit by debit or credit card, by cheque or bank transfer. Payment is in UK pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.

Payments made using non-GBP Sterling credit or debit cards will be by default converted from GBP Sterling by our dynamic currency conversion service provider. If you would like that your card company does the currency conversion, please let us know in advance.

 

8. Passports, Visas and Health Requirements

 
 

It is your responsibility to provide us with correct passport numbers.

All Passport, visa, travel insurance and health certificate requirements are your responsibility and requirements can change. Please note that Cuba requires that your passport is valid six months beyond the day of return to the UK. If you fail to do so, you will be responsible for any cost, loss, or damage which you or Cubaism Ltd incurs as a result of your failure to comply.

 

9. Airline Conditions

 
 

Airline conditions may limit or exclude liability, often in accordance with international conventions. Copies of conditions may be requested in writing, but up to 28 days must be allowed for delivery. A flight described as ‘direct’ will not necessarily be non-stop. Cubaism Ltd are also unable to make any special arrangements for you if you are delayed, this is in the sole discretion of the airline concerned.
All departure/arrival times are subject to change and are estimates only. They may change due to air traffic control restrictions, local conditions, operational/maintenance requirements and the requirements for passengers to check in on time. We are not responsible for any airline flight schedule changes after your booking is completed. We advise you to re-confirm all flights with the airlines 72 hours before the departure in case of a last minute flight schedule changes. After you book your reservation you can check your reservation from www.checkmytrip.com. You need to input your Reservation Code and Last Name to track your reservation.

Please be at the check-in desk three hours before your departure time.

Your ticket is your document of travel and the information on the ticket is deemed correct unless you advised Cubaism Ltd within 72 hours of receipt.

 

10. Special Request

 
 

If you have any special requests (e.g. special assistance, dietary needs etc.) we will do our best to ensure these are passed on to the Airlines. Acceptance of these requests cannot be guaranteed.

 

11. Pregnancy Note

 
 

Providing your pregnancy has been uncomplicated and you are not experiencing a related medical condition, there is no problem flying whilst pregnant until your 28th week.

For travel between 28-36 weeks, a medical letter is required confirming the Estimated Date of Delivery and that the pregnancy is uncomplicated. Please submit a copy of the letter to Special Assistance, including your travel date and route.

The letter can be written at any point within the term of the pregnancy, however should complications develop, you must contact Special Assistance in advance of travel.

All travel must be completed by the end of the 36th week.

These conditions can be changed by the airline at anytime; therefore we suggest reconfirming it before purchasing your ticket.

 

12. Pre Travel Advice

 
  The Foreign and Commonwealth Travel Advice Unit may have issued information about your holiday destination. You are advised to check this information on BBC (Ceefax) page 470 onwards or on the Internet under the address www.fco.gov.uk.
 

13. Personal Travel Insurance

 
  You must affect appropriate insurance against cancellation, loss of personal belongings, medical expenses, liability and other risks covered in normal travel insurance policies. Should you choose not to take out suitable travel insurance cover, despite this advice, then you undertake on behalf of yourself and all members of your party to indemnify both ourselves and our overseas agents and representatives (where applicable), for any costs that arise which would otherwise have been met had such insurance cover been taken out.
