Q1. Am I covered by ATOL?

Answer: Many of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. But ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected. Q2. Do I require a visa?

Answer: It depends which is your country of origin. Most of the countries do require a visa, however, to be absolutely sure visit Cuba Visas - Who Needs Visas page. You can order you visa online here.

Q3. Do I still have to pay departure tax?

Answer: If you are travelling to Cuba before 01st May 2015 then the answer is YES. The departure tax is 25 CUC, payable in cash at the airport, so make sure that you have enough money. From 01st May 2015, however, this tax will be included by your airline and will appear on your airline ticket.
